assignment, you will use your research skills.

Locate three peer-reviewed articles in the CSU-Global Library. Each article should present a different approach to team leadership.
Read each article and consider your own opinion of the issue.
Write a 2- to 3-page written communication (you may use a memo, a report, a letter or any other form of written communication) to

“CEO Thomas,” your boss, summarizing each approach and recommending which one you would select to lead your team.
Be sure to use effective written communication strategies to convey your ideas.
