The first video assignment: “The Science of Early Childhood Education” will introduce you to more specifics about the importance of understanding brain science, how experiences impact the developing and building brain of a child. After viewing this documentary you will inter a discussion board to reflect on the following: With what you know now about how we learn emotions and feelings, what considerations should be taken by parents and by others who work with young children? In light of this knowledge, how should be respond to a young child when she or he has done something you do not want them to do?
