Order is implemented in a persons life from early years. Because of this, rules are often taken for granted. On a street, utilities are often used to implement rules such as road signs, road markings and traffic lights. When order is disturbed, attempts are made to repair it. Order is enforced to prevent crime and to encourage health and safety as well as protecting the environment from all sorts of pollution.
A street that I am familiar with is Coventry Road in Birmingham. Coventry Road is similar to City Road in the way that it is one of Birminghams main sites of consumption. Like City Road, it has two major supermarkets on each end of the road and rows of oriental and ethnic shops in between. Because of its many shops and restaurants, Coventry Road is always congested with traffic.
