Aims:

1. To determine the extent to which Investors in People raises employee motivation within public leisure facilities.

2. To infer reasons to motivation levels amongst employees by determining the attitudes and opinions of managers towards identified aspects of Investors in People.

Objectives:

1. To determine the extent to which motivation exists within the principles of Investors in People amongst employees in selected public leisure facilities.

2. To compare the extent to which motivation exists amongst employees in selected Investors in People qualified and non-qualified public leisure facilities.

3. To determine the attitudes of managers towards the responses from their employees to an investors in People and motivation questionnaire.
