Please if you have any question ask me before you start the workThe experiment :1- This experiment is about testing the sensitivity, longevity and specifety for four Antibodies ( Anti-M, Anti-S, Anti-K and Anti- duffy Fya) by ysing three different methods or techniques.2- Also, this experiment done to test the SPRCA method for two different blood group samples (reverse and forward). The methods:Three different methods used in this experiment to test the Antibodies: 1- Solid Phase Res Cell adherence assay for red cell antigen and antibody (SPRCA) method.2- CAT method.3- Tube method. What are tested by this methods:1- The sensitivity of the method to detect the antibody with high dilutions. For example, CAT method can detect Anti-M with high dilution 1/256. But SPRCA method detect it at only 1/64 dilution and Tube method detect at 1/8 dilution. So, from this results we can say the CAT method is more sensitive than the other methods because it detects the Anti-M with its high dilution (low amount).2- The specifety of each method. Does each method detect the Antibodies or not.( see the specifety table in the result).3- The stability of SPRCA. To test if this method (SPRCA) are stable for more than 4 weeks.(see the stability result).4- Blood group test for two different samples (reverse and forward) only done by SPRCA method with different serum dilution for each sample. What I need you to do is to write a discussion about these results:-write short overview about the 150 word-discuss the results-what have other studies similar to yours found?-have you modified the method-if so, why? What is the rationale for that?-If it is incomplete, what should you do next?-Have you done everything that should be done to incorporate a test in to the diagnostic lab as a routine test so discuss what else needs doing SPECIFICALLY (ie: sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, imprecision, comparison to gold standard technique, correlation with non-gold standard techniques etc-but not in general terms). Please note that it is important to compare my results with other similar studies results. – it is important to compare my result with another results done on the same Antibodies and method. For example, discuss my result for Anti-M, why it shows these results and what does it means. Then compare it with another study from another article and tell me what is the significant about this results. You must discuss all results and methods.================
