– Think about everything you consumed yesterday. How much fluid do you estimate you consumed yesterday (including food, beverages, and water)?
– Estimate your daily fluid needs using the formula 35-40mL/kg formula (2.2lb/kg and 30mL/oz). Please show your work. How does this compare to your estimated intake for yesterday?
