Question 1 a) Different skills required for the project during pre-start, launch and post start stages (Appendix 1 and 2). The first stage will involve mostly preparation of examples of different materials, which are needed to show the potential clients; making a list of the first 500 healers to be contacted; e-mailing or phoning them trying to attract to our services; creating data of potential clients with different requirements. When we have clients it is necessary to discuss with them their specific wishes, and design packages for each. Next stage is marketing and promoting their products, using our marketing strategies. As the team leader, I will fill the role of overall project manager while the other two members of the team will look after quality assurance and continues improvement.
