I have been asked to critically reflect on how my interpersonal and communication skills have progressed throughout the learning I have undertaken in this module. Using examples on the skills I have learnt I will deliberate on how these may be used as a practicing Social worker.
Primarily we have to understand what is meant by communication. Communication is an essential human right and is vital in every sphere of life. As T.S Matthews (2012, p1) states
Communication is something so simple and difficult that we can never put it into simple wordscommunication is a two way exchange of information.
The concept of communication is dependent on contact between two or more people and understanding is structured through that interaction.
