Having completed this class, you are asked by your agency to prepare a course of instruction, using a slide presentation, where you will instruct new crime scene investigators in the area of criminal profiling and crime scene investigation and analysis. In the slide presentation, you should:

-Explain the various methods of profiling.
-Discuss the legal and ethical issues involved with profiling.
-Explain the role psychopathy plays.
-Introduce what crime scene analysis is.
-Discuss crime scene reconstruction.
-Examine crime scene characteristics.
-Illustrate the evaluative process and utility of predatory behaviors based on crime scene analysis.
-Compare the different types of forensic evaluations.
-Explain the role forensic victimology plays.

You may wish to adopt a known case to help illustrate the above points, but the method you chose is up to you.

Presentation Guidelines
Your slide presentation should be 20�30 slides and include at least four references. The cover and reference slides do not count towards the total slides.

Written communication:
-Your slide presentation should demonstrate graduate-level writing skills.
-Provide enough information to summarize key points on the slides and use the speaker notes to make your thinking clear to the instructor.
-Include text citations from scholarly literature where appropriate.
-The presentation should be concise, organized, and free of errors.
-You are encouraged to use colors, graphs or diagrams where appropriate to enhance the audience’s experience of the presentation.
-References: Your reference list must include at least four sources. You must use proper APA style to list your references.
-Number of pages: 20�30 instructional slides. (Note: slide count does not include Cover Page or References).
Formatting: Use APA 6th edition formatting. Refer to the APA Style and Formatting guide for more information.
