How do you determine the users’ needs?
The automatic answer, “just ask them,” often isn’t enough; users don’t always think to mention every detail. Examining their existing system often isn’t enough, either.
Jump right in and let us know what you think about the topic in general. You may wish to think about the possible database you identified in the previous discussion. Now that you know more about databases how would you determine what tables, fields, reports, forms and queries are needed?
