Compression of Project life cycle.

Project ha s a certain life cycle. Many a times the project is completed within a few months from its initiation. One can reduce the time and this will help save cost and increase the quality. It happens that project is taken to the next phase even though the previous phase is incomplete. This may create big problems and reduce the efficiency. Project plans should not be reduced. The phases should be properly completed. Project Managers should have good knowledge about the resources required for the project; else it will lead to chaos.
