8-10 page research paper based on one of the leadership approaches studied or another leadership topic that interests the student. Each student will identify and select an appropriate leadership problem pertaining to his/her particular work environment and perform a systematic literature review of the issue. The final product should include a minimum of 5 references. The paper should be double-spaced, using Times New Roman 12cpi, with a title page and APA citation of references. Sources used should be academically based, scholarly sources.
