Collective bargaining in International Protection

International human rights conventions are to decide the rights to collectively bargain system. The supreme court of Canada in June 2007 made following observations regarding the collective bargaining as the human right
It was privileged for the employees to have right to bargain with the management this gave them the opportunity to increase their liberty, the human dignity and their autonomy gave the employees a chance to be a part of group to decide the rules and regulations and therefore getting benefits in their work. The collective bargaining give employees democracy in their working place and it also helps to make sure of all the laws in the workplace.
