Classical unemployment:

Other name for this is real wage unemployment and disequilibrium employment. This is the situation caused due to sole ignorance of the people of the management body of the industry. In order to keep higher profits they don’t give any emphasis upon the labour infrastructure and the facilities allocated to them. When the labour force gets highly unsatisfied, it calls strikes and bargains demanding higher wages. This also leads to fall in demand of labour. The management body also would not be able to solve the problem suddenly as it would have to consult, calculate and approve the demanded higher wages. So the work gets stopped for a time period and the industry faces huge losses.
