The reading selected is a leaflet on request for blood donors in the local area of Brighton. The leaflet was picked up from a Tourist Information Centre which is visited by both foreign and native tourists. I therefore considered this as an appropriate article for the purpose of this assignment. Blood donation is important and it would be helpful to raise this awareness amongst young learners.
