Capital Funding

Capital Funding is the money which a business need and shareholders and lenders provide to the business in terms of debt (borrowings) and shares (equity or preference). The lenders and shareholders earn some return on their money. Shareholders get return in terms of dividend and lenders or debenture holders get return in term of fixed interest. There are some companies which are specific for capital funding and their sole aim is to provide capital funding to other companies.
