Capital Expenditure means any expenditure incurred to:
Acquire an asset and bring it into working condition
Improvethe efficiency or substantial working life of the asset
Improve the performance of the business
Examples – Purchase of machinery, fees paid for installation of machinery and custom duty paid for import of machinery.
