+1 862 207 3288 Each student is asked to do an assessment of an organization where they are currently working or have recently worked. The purpose of this assignment is to apply the concepts we are studying in class to a “real world” situation. Students are asked to observe and identify organizational behavior patterns and challenges, relate these observations to course material, discuss how these impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, and suggest how the organization might address these challenges. Material in these papers will be held in strictest confidence. Papers should be 3 – 5 pages in length and should follow APA style guideline.
