2. Paragraph One: Introduces the company, the timeframe, and a brief summary of the illegal or unethical conduct.
3. Timeline: specific dates and the facts revealed on those dates, listed in bullet point sequence.

4. Explanatory paragraph: if it is not obvious from the timeline, you should explain the details of any ambiguous or obscure actions, to clarify for your audience why this was an ethical violation.
5. Summary Paragraph: Pulls together the information you have provided in a clearly stated conclusion.
6. A separate list of references used for the paper.
