• Course Syllabus that lists the goals and objectives
• List & explanation of instructional strategies/methods
• List of materials and resources needed
• Program Outline or lesson plan showing sequence and timing of teaching events
• Copy of all handouts or slides or visual aids to be used.
• Evaluations to be implemented

2. Cost Estimate – you need to review with the appropriate individual the procedures used in estimating the cost of development and delivery of the program. You can present information for this assignment by providing a detailed budget that illustrates:
• Program operations
• Facilities
• Equipment
• Personnel
• Release time
• Curriculum materials
• Evaluation.
The intent is to develop an in-depth understanding of the cost estimating procedures used in developing programs. Included with this cost estimate should be calculations to illustrate the potential return on investment for the organization.

Your personal observations of what you have learned as a result of the internship experience. In this section illustrate what knowledge, skills, or attitudes you have gained and/or illustrate how you have applied the knowledge of your HRD program of study to HRD functions within a business, industry, government or nonprofit organization.
