Potential Employee Violence Plan
You are the Director of Personnel. Ann, an employee of your organization reports to you that she overheard Tim, another employee of the organization, say that he was mad enough at Harry to beat him within an inch of his life. You now have to develop a Potential Employee Violence Plan that protects your organization from any liability.
