The firm trades majorly in the production of audio visual and video conference equipment’s for the product market as well as services. The aim of the organization is to produce and sell a number of audio visual and videos conferencing products to promote innovation within the organization. My proposed business plan will use the emerging trends in technology as well as the vigorous advancement when it comes to technology, to increase the demand for audio visual equipment and videos. These types of audio visual and videos would led to the increase of demand for audio and video that includes:

Through my business plan the organization would produce unique audio visuals and videos and still offer a wide range of products that include different types of audios as well as videos for any kind of special occasions that meets the client needs. My plan will propose the use of five dedicated members whose aim will be to grow the company and ensures that the organization achieves its business goals.

The firm has a variety of audios and videos that suit client’s needs and for all the special occasions such as retirements, anniversary’s, promotion, Christmas among many others. Training and employment can have variety of importance because they end up becoming good selling point within the organization (Hassanien, Dale & Clarke, 2010).

The company’s products contain features that have been produced using latest trends in the field of technology that differentiate them from those audios and videos produced by their competitors.
