Chart: Use the Kingdon template to gather and organize information from Chapters 1-4 of the case study into the his three streams of information.

Narrative: Explain how the three streams come together–are brought together by a policy entrepreneur–to open the policy window.

Use Kingdon’s model and his language explicitly. Work from your completed chart and write a theoretical case study (see examples in the chapter) of Agenda Setting in the Swine Flu Affair.
