In chapter 3, first Lord Antony and Jellyband show up. Then a party of four: two ladies and two gentlemen. So, a total of six people arrive at the inn.
In chapter 5, the name of the family, I think, is named St. Cyr.
In chapter 6…I’m not sure why the Blackneys are at the inn. From what I’ve read, it seems like they’re there because Lord Blackney wanted to escape Parisian society for a while.
In chapter 8, Lady Blackney and Armand hate the Marquis because he had his valets give Armand a thrashing, within an inch of his life, for daring to send a poem to the daughter of the Marquis.
In chapter 9, Chauvelin discovers that Armand St. Just (Lady Blackney’s brother) is also a traitor to France.
In Chapter 10, Lady Blackney is watching the opera Orpheus, when Chauvelin approaches her again.
