I would be sure to advise a novice computer user that, in this day and age, the specifications of a contemporary computer system are extremely demanding (especially considering that he may want to play modern games both personally and on-line).  Personal computer specifications are always changing, as suggested by Moores Law, which states that computing power rises exponentially with time.  As he is not setting out to use this computer for any basic, singular purpose  especially regarding the on-line gaming requirement  I would want to advise him to get more than enough power to back up his demands….(short extract)
