This assignment will reqire you to condut a career assessment interview, using an informal intake form assessment and administer at least three different assessments measuring the same
individual and write a report. On one of the assessment was the SDS Self- Directed Search his results where ERC= Enterprising , realistic and Conventional. The other Test given was the career
Beliefs Inventory here you could explain how intense this test was to evaluate and possibly go into a few details of the results based on what you read from the intake I will attach because i do
not have the results for this assessment and the other assessments was the Career Factor inventory my clients result was on informational pattern.

The client is part of an organization that is called Positive Work Force. His Role in this organization is to support and advise one of the leaders of the organization. Another goal for my client is
to further his career to then guide other people to get jobs in an industry that’s extremely racist and very competitive.
Tell me about your job history as far back and as much as you can remember. Include the reasons for taking the job as well as the job satisfaction and reason for leaving?
Door Man Three Years 1999-2002, walked off the job.
Client felt confident walking out I had the ability to be more involved in a job, socially and be passionate about my job.
Never worked as a young adult due to poor decision making in career choices.

Likes about jobs: outside, work freely, its not micro managed, work with the crew
Dislikes: Weather, raining, snowing, Heat
Task: depends on the job. Client explains everyday I have a new task, one day we can be putting in wood, digging a 4 to 5 foot holes, etc…
