Swansea City Council is interested in discovering whether people living in the Swansea Bay area are for or against this project. In particular they would like to find out if there is support for the idea of using renewable energy sources to help reduce carbon emissions. They would also like to know if there is a market for using the tidal lagoon for sport and recreation.
