This is for SOCIOLOGY, We have watched the movie Carlitos Way 10 times exactly. I need someone to write a 1 page example on symbolic interaction and carlitos way. For this paper, you’d have to pick 1 specific scenes where symbolic interactionism takes place and connect it to any theory under symbolic interaction, Goffman, Cooley etc. DON’T WASTE PARAGRAPH SPACE WRITING ABOUT THE MOVIE!!! This is part of a 12 page paper, I am just running out of ideas and need help.. Here is an example of what I am looking for.

When Carlito is in the car with he’s cousin, his cousin calls him “the legend” and since he’s looking at himself through the eyes of his nephew, he entertains the idea of entering the pool hall knowing that he could be re-arrested. According to Cooley, in the looking glass self, we are constantly looking for the approval of others by seeing ourselves through their eyes and behaving in accordance to what we believe is expected from us.
