The purpose of the these projects is to provide you with opportunities to become familiar with different software products, enhance your skills by using capabilities and features of specific software products, and learn how such software may be employed gainfully in decision making.

1- Describe the “organization” for which you conducted the analysis. Answer questions such as but not limited to: What is the problem or opportunity for the organization? What do you hope to accomplish for the organization?

2- Describe the “dataset” you chose for the analysis. Answer questions such as but not limited to: What types of operations and transactions are represented in the data? What types of variables are available?

3-Describe your “analysis” you conducted using the dataset. 40% Answer questions such as but not limited to: What was your overall analysis strategy? What techniques did you use? How did the techniques enable your findings?

4-Describe the “findings” you gleaned from the analysis. 30% Answer questions such as but not limited to: What are the trends? What are the issues?
What do the findings mean for the organization?

5-Describe the “implications” for the organization. 15% Answer questions such as but not limited to: What are your recommendations based on the findings? What are the short‐term effects? What are the long‐term effects?
