1. Context and industry information (9 marks)
Provide relevant information that will enable the reader to understand the scope and focus of your research. For example, if the report is about evidence of hiring practices in an industry or profession e.g. the medical profession, you will need to identifywhether you plan to cover the industry as a whole or to focus on one or more specific job classifications within it, such as nurses or doctors.

2. Nature of the problem (9 marks)
Describe the nature of the problem you plan to research, how you framed it for the purpose of research and your research approach e.g. you may decide to conduct the research solely by means of a literature review, or you may decide to include other research methods such as a survey and /or interviews. Note in this section what you plan to cover in the report and what will be outside the scope of the report.

3. Review of the evidence (9 marks)
Critically review and analyse the evidence you have obtained from all sources.Includea critical assessment of conceptual approaches and methodologies used for data collection and analysis, including strengths, limitations and gaps. (Note that you will need to refer to a minimum of 12 peer reviewed academic articles, in addition to other information sources).

4. Findings and Implications(9 marks)
Describe your key findings and the options that emerge from them for the research sponsor e.g. if the research was about hiring practices the options might include different approaches to hiring in future.

5. Conclusions and Recommendations (9marks )
Summarise the key points of your report and your overall recommendations to the research sponsor. Identify report limitations and recommendations for research and practice
