Read case study #2, Jones v. Robinson Property Group, L.P., d/b/a Horseshoe Casino & Hotel, at the end of Chapter 5, then write a reflection paper that answers the following questions: Case is uploaded in word file.

If you were designing a voluntary affirmative action plan for an employer, which important lessons would you take from this case?

Do you agree or disagree with the court’s decision in the case? Explain your answer.
Are you surprised that this is a 2005 case? Explain.

What do you think about the statements allegedly made by management? Do they seem like appropriate bases for making workplace decisions. Explain.
