Thank you for your post. As I read the last part of your post about the last organization you worked for I do
agree that in most organizations this concept is an expectation of the company from the employees; however, I
find in my work experiences that expectations that are not in agreement can lead to disgruntled and negative feelings either toward the employer or employee. In my reading of the five areas that make up the organizational behavior in Jex & Britt (2008), for my value system we all have discussed in week one, these
are aspects of a company that I would need in place to feel like a “best fit” for employment. With this concept in place it would only seem clear that the positivism from the employees to one another would produce success.
