in AEG to support the identification, prioritisation and implementation of key projects. The report should include:
•   The interface of project/portfolio management with strategic and business planning processes;
•   How project governance is decided;
•   How project organisations are structured to implement projects; and
•   Approaches to project selection criteria; rank the seven AEG projects using NPV and weighted scoring methods

and recommend projects to proceed.
