In this session we have studied Problem Orientated Policing (POP) as developed by Herman Goldstein (1990). This assignment will require you to explain and analyse the concepts behind Problem Orientated Policing (POP), as proposed by Herman Goldstein (1990).
In your answer you should:

• Discuss the various concepts that Goldstein and others have highlighted to aid police in developing a problem orientated approach to a policing problem.

• Discuss each element of the SARA concept. Your answer should clearly show your understanding of the subject matter.
