Similar probabilities could be found in other professions. Using a search engine, find an example of probability that is used in your chosen profession or real life. 6. Share with your peers the null and alternative hypotheses for a decision that is relevant to your life. This can be a personal item or something at work. Additionally, identify the Type I and Type II Errors that could occur with your decision-making process.

7. Locate the results of a recent survey in a newspaper, magazine, or Internet article. Outline the survey data so that your peers can understand the variables and results, and then identify at least one key formula from this Module that you could use to evaluate the data. Provide a brief explanation of why you selected the formula you did and why it matters.
