Essay Assignment 1
Question- Explain the factors that have contributed to the process of devolution since the
1960s and discuss several Supreme Court cases and legislation that contributed to the move
towards devolution. In addition, discuss legislation and policy during G.W. Bush and
Obama’s administrations that strengthened the powers of the federal government.
