Write a policy analysis to answer the question:

What is the impact of adding contraceptive coverage on the costs borne by an employer-based health plan for women 18-44?
Consider both the direct costs of contraceptives as well as possible cost savings due to fewer pregnancies and abortions.
You do not need to consider the impact on non-medical costs like absenteeism.
Assume that before adding coverage, the employer did not cover any form of contraception.
