•    What is your hypothesis about the appropriate explanation?
–    How will you know if your hypothesis is correct?
•    What is the evidence relevant to the issue?
–    Why does the evidence (primary or secondary) support your view as opposed to the alternative view(s)?
The paper should be 5 page double-space.
