FORMAT FOR GROUP PROJECT
The group paper must be typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced. The project body must not exceed 12 pages in length (i.e., excluding title page, executive summary, references, and appendixes). Soft copy and hard copy should be e-mailed/handed in on or before April 8, 2015.
• Follow the APA format (see document posted on blackboard).
Below are the main sections that should be covered in the paper.
? Title page: title of paper, authors, date
? Executive summary page: The executive summary should be a coherent summary of the whole report. It should provide the reader with clear understanding of the report without looking at any other part of the report.
? Body of the paper. In the body of your paper, you should
• Identify why the topic that your group selected is important
• Show substantive knowledge relevant to the paper topic
• Show and apply your knowledge of literature, theories, and research relevant to the paper topic as well knowledge from class lectures and discussions.
• The implications of the issues studied on OB, organization, and stakeholders.

The team presentations will be about 12 minutes in length (10 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A). Every member of the group should participate in presenting the paper.
* At least four books and four journal articles should be used to write your team paper. Your group project focus on discussing or presenting issues that we did not cover in the class room
