Need for a Lean Initiatives

Research and identify an organization that will be used for this and subsequent Learning Team assignments. (Note the company to use is Boeing)

Write a paper in which you identify a lean organization (the lean company to use in this paper is Boeing) including their mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Compare and contrast your chosen organization (Boeing) to your own organization (The own organization to use in this paper is Medtronic).

Address each of the following in your paper:
Compare and contrast the management style(s) within your own organization with the management style(s) at selected organization that has adopted lean initiatives.
Discuss the characteristics of the selected organizations’ lean enterprise style(s) in how it affects organizational behavior and compare those characteristics with your own organization.
