Ok here’s the assignment below, please follow it with great precision and accuracy.

Assignment as follows:

In this assignment, you will explore your personality using a personality test called the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and then analyze the results. There are two parts to this assignment:

Part 1

First, explore your personality preferences by completing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MTBI). The full version of the test can only be administered by a trained professional; however, you can find a shortened version of the text here: http://www.personalitypathways.com/type_inventory.html

After taking the test, record your four-lettered personality type after reading the interpretation provided. You might also want to use the Internet to delve further into your specific personality type.

Part 2

In this part of the assignment, you will write a reflection paper that analyses your results. First, reproduce each of the questions below into your paper and then insert your responses under each question.

1. Mention your four-letter type and the URL of the Web site where you took the test.

(insert your response)

2. Discuss whether this type accurately represents what you know about yourself. Examine each of the four spectrums and explain your answer thoroughly. Substantiate your agreement or disagreement with real-life behavioral examples. (Pointer: provide a paragraph for EACH letter in your results, discussing what that letter indicates about your personality and whether you agree with the conclusions, based upon what you know about yourself. Don’t forget to support your agreement or disagreement with at least one real-life example. But don’t use the example as a substitute for providing a good rationale first. Each letter in the profile needs a substantive paragraph with a rationale for your agreement or disagreement and an example.)

3. Analyze what you consider the strengths and the weaknesses or challenges of this type. List three strengths and three weaknesses of this particular personality profile and provide a rationale for each. (Pointer: Be clear on this: You are assessing the strengths and weakness of someone that has the same profile type as you. You are NOT discussing YOUR specific strengths and weaknesses. The idea is to be objective about the strengths and weaknesses of the four letter profile. You should write one paragraph for EACH strength and one paragraph for EACH weakness for a total of six paragraphs. Describe what the strength or weakness is, why it is a strength or weakness for this particular personality profile. Then add a couple of additional sentences stating whether you believe the strength or weakness applies to your personality and explain why.

4. Evaluate why this test could be a valuable tool for an employer. (Pointer: Provide at least one substantive paragraph showing how an employer could benefit by using a tool like this in the workplace. Be specific about the ways an employer might use this test to improve or enhance what happens at the workplace).

5. Analyze how a clinician may use this test as a tool for promoting meaningful interventions in treatment. (Pointer: Provide at least one substantive paragraph explaining how a therapist might benefit from using this type of personality inventory with clients).

6. Summarize what you have learned about yourself through this exercise. (Pointer: Provide at least two solid personal observations about your personality that you’ve learned as a result of taking this test. Provide a substantive paragraph for EACH takeaway – 2 paragraphs total).

Be sure to include any outside sources used including the website where you took the MBTI in your reference page.
