The requirements are as following:

Each student will produce an individual report based on a realistic choice of future strategy (NB not just an objective) for your company eg launch of a new product, merger, acquisition or Change of direction as suggested by Ansoffs Matrix or Bowman’s Clock.

3. You are required to describe four performance measures and apply to the company which will enable them to assess the success of the strategy.
