Specific instructions:

1. You are asked to keep an interactive reading journal (a summary of key points and your personal reactions and/or experiences related to the points) based on these readings. Each time you finish a chapter, jot them down in your note book/journal.

2. If you look at the CONTENTS of the book, The Fifth Discipline by Peter M. Senge, you will find that the chapters are organized into 5 parts. This assignment is considered an interactive reading journal, and it should contain a minimum of 2 paragraphs of text (at least 300 words per paragraph, not bullets or lists) per PART and all PARTS must be included in this review. Please subtitle EACH part as you organize your reading journal so that it is not one big paragraph. On average, this is approximately a 8- to 11-page long assignment, not including the Cover page and Reference section. It must be written in a 12-sz font, line double-spaced, and saved in Word or .RTF only.

3. Please preference your personal reactions with sentences that start with wording “I think”, “I believe”, or “I’ve seen or similar wording so that I can distinguish your comments from the text concepts.

It is Ok to cite a few statements from the book, but this should be limited to only 20% – the rest of the “writing” should be your own.
