Individual Report

Develop a Strategic Report for a corporation.
You are expected to carry out an analysis of a corporation and demonstrate a holistic understanding of
the organisation and its environments as well as demonstrate your skills in strategic analysis and planning.
You can structure your assignment in two parts:
1. Analyze the internal and external environment of the corporation and identify the strategic challenges that it is facing.
2. Identify, discuss and evaluate the future strategic options available and recommend a future
strategic direction for the corporation.
Each part carries equal weight. The assignment should be written in an executive report format using headings and sub-headings for explanation and analysis.
Every lecture will allocate time to provide feedback to all questions related to the work for the individual report. Students are expected to discuss their choice of corporation with the Lecturer at the initial lectures.
