4. Explain the development of personnel management to human resource management, and focus on HRM strategic approach towards meeting the enterprise objectives. Use a case study to highlight the importance of the above.
5. Explain the processes and complexities involved in attempting to plan human resources within an organisation. Support your answer with examples from an organization with which you are familiar or from literature.
6. What do you understand by the term “reward system” as an aspect of HR activities? Explain how employees’ motivation is very much related to their expectation from the employers and their view of fair treatment. Support your answer with examples from either private or a public sector organisation.
