Study the operations of a nearby fast-food restaurant. Prepare a Process Map of their operations. I understand that you will not be able to provide a detailed mapping of kitchen operations, but you should be able to develop a detailed map of the customer ordering and fulfillment process. Develop at least one potential enhancement to the process that will improve either quality or customer satisfaction.
