Introduction to Activity:
Leaders must be masters of building relationships and readily known as being trustworthy. At the heart of all decisions and initiatives, and what determines the

success of these, is very much the relationship and trust among/between individual participants. Relationship building is very much about the interaction among/between

the school, stakeholders, and community as a whole. However, the interactivity much be genuine and purposeful to effectively lead others.
The Activity Description:
My environment is either:
1. Secondary education administrator
Or
2. Non-profit organization setup to provide educational experiences for disadvantaged youth
You may choose to work with either area you feel the most comfortable with.

Complete the exercises in Chapters 10 and 11 in your text (George, B., & Sims, P. (2007). True North: Discover your authentic leadership. San Francisco, CA: Wiley.).
