MILLIGRAMS WAS GIVEN FOR HER PAIN, I MILLIGRAM LORAZEPAM WAS GIVEN FOR NAUSEA AND ANXIETY, AND 8 MILLIGRAM ARSENIC TRIOXIDE WHICH IS THE CHEMOTHERAPY DRUG WAS GIVEN

OVER A PERIOD OF 2 HOURS.

• Assessment of their support systems: NOT THAT GREAT, SHE LIVES WITH HER BOYFRIEND, HAS LIVING PARENTS, A BROTHER, AND A SISTER BUT THEY AREN’T IN HER LIFE THAT MUCH.

SHE LIVES ABOUT AN HOUR FROM THE HOSPITAL WHERE SHE GETS HER CHEMOTHERAPY TREATMENT AND HAS TO GET A RIDE
• Assess their coping strategies( PLEASE MAKE SOMETHING UP PERTAINING TO HER STORY)

• Assess their spiritual well-being( PLEASE MAKE SOMETHING UP)

Something about the patient to incorporate in the paper
Patient stated she was transferred from hospital A to hospital B. Initially presented to hospital A on 04/04/2014 after a seizure. After dinner with boyfriend,

cleaning dishes when she experienced facial twitching, became unresponsive, hit forehead on dish washer, fell down and experienced tonic clonic seizure, then returned

to normal status, but did not remember until she came to the emergency room in hospital A. Patient stated that three months prior to that, she started having gingival

bleeding but thought it was gingivitis and treated it with baking soda but still bled after brushing teeth. She was diagnosed at hospital A.
