Order Description

1. Submit paper “Group process: An analysis of one group’s work”. If the student is completing their internship at a setting in which groups do not meet, the student may use their internship supervision group as their model, or present a theoretical model. (2 pages)

It is a combination of a psycho-educational and therapy group. I try to use the topics as the educational piece but also teach clients to recognize and respond to their emotions and reduce or manage stress. I’m not sure if that’s exactly what you were asking, but feel free to email again if not. We use the stages of change in our group.

2. 5 Resources/Handouts for clients (Dane county WI) (Include Spanish speaking organizations if possible) (5 pages)

3. Develop/Find 5 relaxation exercises Include different styles: meditation, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation and so on… (5 pages)
