The second, third and fourth component ensures the quality of the services offered by the project and provides details about the respective departments in charge of maintaining the quality.
Fifth component work towards the efficient up-gradation and maintenance of the technological environment of the project.
The sixth component provides a smooth working ambience with fewer conflicts and hence enables fast decision making procedure.
Seventh component resolves the difference among the employees and promises excellent services to the customers.
The eight components are responsible for ensuring a well maintained legal environment within the project.
Ninth component offers protection from uncertainties.
The tenth component ensures an overall flexible, dynamic and conflict-free project team.
Assessment of the plan
After studying several risk management plans by different autism schools, the present outline has been prepared. Although most of the plans focused mainly on the treatment and medical issues (OSHC, 2014), the article on Individualized Education Program (IEP) by Dennis Debbaudt (Debbaudt, 2009) put stress on the education of the non-teaching staffs and working closely with the student’s family. Thus, these important factors have also been included in our plan apart from the medical care factors.
